PROMs Response Rates: Remote vs In-clinic

This document introduces the remote collection of patient-reported outcome measures through a digital platform (Dr Doctor), supporting the data collection process. The use of Dr Doctor is helping to achieve completion rates above 70%, demonstrating how technology is supporting information processes in care services.
